Ganesh Utsav is one of the most vibrant and joyful celebrations at Patel’s Pre-University College. Every year, the campus welcomes Lord Ganesha with great devotion, energy, and enthusiasm. The entire Patel’s family – students, teachers, and staff – come together to create a festive atmosphere filled with music, rituals, and togetherness.
The celebration begins with the installation of Lord Ganesha’s idol, accompanied by traditional prayers and chants. Students actively take part in decorating the stage, setting up colorful rangolis, and arranging cultural activities that reflect the true spirit of the festival.
Beyond the rituals, Ganesh Utsav at Patel’s is about unity and bonding. It gives students a chance to showcase their talents through dance, music, and skits while also learning the value of teamwork and cultural traditions. The event spreads positivity across the campus, making it one of the most awaited celebrations of the year.
The highlight of the festival is the visarjan (immersion ceremony), where everyone joins hands to bid farewell to Lord Ganesha with chants of “Ganapati Bappa Morya”. The spirit of togetherness and joy lingers even after the idol is immersed, leaving behind memories that students cherish forever.
Ganesh Utsav at Patel’s PUC is not just a festival – it’s an experience that brings hearts together and strengthens the bond of the entire community.
